Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Please check your junk mail folder first.

If you have not received anything please contact us and we will help you.

Do I have to sign in order to make a purchase?

No, you can purchase our products as a guest without a registration. The details you will provide on the checkout page will be used as the delivery details for your package. You are always able to register in the future.

How can I know you got my order?

When your order is accepted you will be transferred to our "Thank you" page. In addition, you will get a confirmation email and, if you requested it, an invoice to the email signed in while purchasing our products.

Can I change or cancel my order?

In most cases, yes. Contact us and we will inform you about how to proceed.

How do I return an item?

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery times, please check the tracking number that was sent out to you. If you are still unable to locate your parcel please send us an email and we will do our best to assist you.

How do you ship the orders

We use several courier companies, depending on the order and the place of shipment. Normally we use Correos Express or Seur.
